Trouble at the
Catnip Cafe

Synopsis: When our hero: a starving Shreddy meets Moose the Mouse outside the Catnip Cafe (some humans' shed), little can Shreddy imagine the situations he's about to face as an outsider--including bullying by Franco and the Gang of Terrible Tigers. Luckily, Ella, proprietress of the Catnip Cafe, takes a shine to Shreddy and helps give him a chance...and some food!

But when Franco and the Terrible Tigers learn that Shreddy is still around, something has to be done! Nobody wants a strange outsider around. Especially one with a HUGE secret that will shock every cat to its core.

Can this stranger be welcomed into the pride? Is Shreddy really as different as they thought? Leave it to Moose the Mouse to help the cats sort things out in this hilarious, touching, timely piece.

FRANCO. A male striped tabby. Sleek and handsome.
BOUNCER. A female Manx. Super fat, with no tail (Manx are bobtails).
SNOWBOARD. A male, deep voiced white Persian longhair dressed in rhinestones and bows. He has a Brooklyn accent.
ELLA. Female, tuxedo tabby. She’s cute and smart.
MOOSE. A mouse.
