Curious Modern Plays develops new work for the stage. It was founded by playwright and producer Randall Huskinson.

From the early stages, work is crafted through collaboration, rewriting, and the process of figuring out what truly lands with an audience.

Projects range widely in setting and form, but tend to circle the same question: what happens when people are placed inside a system — family, workplace, community — and the pressure starts to crack them into revealing who they really are?

Development has included readings, workshops, and collaborations with artists and organizations in both the U.S. and the U.K., and continues toward production through partnerships with directors, actors, and producing organizations.
